ACA acted as Owner's Representative and Project Manager for the transformation of the former Las Aves complex into The Post, a retail and dining destination in Montecito. The project reimagines six preserved buildings on a private lane across from the Andrée Clark Bird Refuge, a short bike ride from oceanfront Santa Barbara. The Post brings together a curated mix of specialty merchants and restaurants — including a full-service restaurant and two smaller food-and-beverage outlets — with retail weighted toward apparel across high-end, boutique, and locally rooted brands. The design is modern but warm, working with the existing buildings and setting rather than replacing them, and the property hosts a regular calendar of events from food pop-ups to artisan markets and family programming.

As Owner's Representative and Project Manager, ACA oversaw the development from inception through completion, coordinating design and construction to deliver a community-focused destination for Montecito and Santa Barbara.
