ACA is working with developer Hidden Rock Development on a hospitality development spread across 700+ acres near Zion National Park in Southern Utah. The project pairs a luxury resort with luxury branded residences.

The hotel has 84 keys and was designed by Woods + Dangaran (AD100, 2025). The design connects interior and exterior spaces and uses natural materials suited to the landscape. Amenities include a spa, pools, and multiple restaurants and bars built around local produce. The development also includes 50 private residences that share the site and its amenities. Landscape design is by Ground Studio, which integrated the built spaces into the existing terrain.

ACA has managed the development from inception, coordinating planning approvals, design and the forthcoming permits and construction.
