ACA acts as Owner's Representative and Project Manager for the redevelopment of Camp Ramah in California. The redevelopment is a phased capital program spanning thirteen distinct projects that range from ground-up new construction to adaptive reuse and renovation. Because the campus remains in continuous use, ACA is leading the meticulous coordination of the design and construction around the camp activity, sequencing and phasing the work to limit disruption and protect both summer operations and year-round retreat capacity.

As Owner's Representative and Project Manager, ACA leads the development from inception through delivery, guiding the design and construction teams to realize Ramah's vision for its next generation.
