Via Roca Santa Barbara draws on the region's Spanish colonial tradition — white plaster walls, arches, and wood windows — paired with a Mediterranean-inspired landscape by CJM:LL. The result is an open gathering space rooted in the character of the Funk Zone, designed to invite community use.

ACA serves as Owner's Representative and Project Manager, coordinating the design team, managing construction, and keeping the project aligned with the client's vision for a space that works for both commerce and community.
