Pressman Academy is a campus modernization project in Los Angeles, combining new construction with the renovation, expansion, and reconfiguration of existing facilities. The project added to the campus to better support contemporary educational programming while strengthening its identity as a cohesive and connected learning environment.

Architecturally, the development balances new and existing elements to create a unified campus experience. New academic buildings are thoughtfully integrated with renovated and expanded structures, enhancing functionality, circulation, and student engagement. The design prioritizes flexibility, natural light, and outdoor connections, creating a dynamic environment that supports both academic and community-focused activities.

ACA served as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, overseeing the project from early planning through design coordination, permitting, and construction.
