8850 Sunset is a transformative mixed-use development on the Sunset Strip, reimagining a prominent West Hollywood site—home to the iconic Viper Room—as a vibrant destination for hospitality, residential living, and entertainment. Designed by Arquitectonica, the project reflects the City’s commitment to sustainability, housing, and the continued evolution of the Strip as a cultural and social hub. The development includes a five-star hotel, a reimagined Viper Room, a dynamic public plaza, expanded pedestrian-friendly streetscapes, and a mix of affordable and market-rate residences.

ACA served as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, overseeing the project through entitlements and initial pre-construction.
